據說從 七樓高的 Tate Modern Restaurant 看倫敦是 one of the best view in London. 雖然那天倫敦是慣有的不明朗的陰天，無法期待會看到 best view，但從 St Paul 走過 Millennium Bridge 到 Tate Modern， 饑餓感讓我們有足夠理由上七樓吃一頓。
沒有預約還是要到了靠窗的座位。打開菜單，點了一道鮭魚 Salmon， 一道 Fish & Chip 和甜點 外加一壺茶和一瓶 organic 櫻桃口味的啤酒。

色味清雅的 Hebridean salmon confit with borlotti beans and basil garlic purée。
我在倫敦的第一餐 Fish & Chip。 西方人喜歡油炸食物，外酥內軟的確好吃，但實在不怎麼健康。
嗯，這道鮭魚豆子和微烤添味道的小番茄加上一些香草調味，好吃！
回家後還令人唸唸不忘回味無窮的 Organic Cherry Beer。
最後的甜點 - Bitter chocolate sorbet with fruit and nut biscotti。
